Frequently Asked Questions

Straightforward answers about what Careventis is, and what it is not.

What is Careventis?

Careventis is an independent international research network and facilitation hub dedicated to documenting traditional heritage knowledge and connecting individuals to verified traditional practitioners and restorative practices from cultures worldwide.

Is Careventis a medical clinic?

No. Careventis is not a medical clinic, pharmacy, or licensed healthcare provider. We are a research and facilitation network. Nothing we publish or facilitate constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We always encourage individuals to maintain their relationship with qualified medical professionals.

Who are the practitioners in your network?

We work to connect clients with practitioners who hold valid registration under applicable regulatory frameworks — in Malaysia, this includes practitioners registered with the T&CM Council under the Traditional and Complementary Medicine Act 2016 (Act 775). Practitioners in other jurisdictions are expected to hold equivalent standing.

Can heritage remedies replace my medical treatment?

No, and we do not suggest they can. All heritage practices and remedy referrals facilitated through Careventis are intended to complement — never replace — conventional medical care. Please continue to follow the guidance of your licensed medical team.

Is my inquiry confidential?

Yes. All inquiries, personal information, and case details are handled with strict confidentiality and are not shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

Where is Careventis based?

Careventis is based in Malaysia, operating as an independent international network with partner hubs globally.

How do I get started?

You can submit a private inquiry at any time. Our facilitation team will respond within 3 working days to understand your circumstances and discuss how we may be able to support you.
